The Kingdom Group Story began in 2001 when husband and wife team, Greg and Juliet Allen, commenced construction on a secure gated community, Waimanu Village on the Te Atau Peninsula in Auckland, and it has continued with the development of other communities throughout the North Island.
Greg and Juliet were both raised in provincial New Zealand, with old fashioned values inherited from their parents who also instilled the importance of valuing family and community.
They both belong to extended families spanning four generations, and by observing the dynamics of them they realised there was a great need for warm, safe, freehold, maintenance free homes on easy care, fully landscaped, and professionally maintained sections.
Greg and Juliet like to think of themselves as community creators, connecting people to their environment through a respectful approach that embraces the natural surrounds.
